What is agroforestry?
Agroforestry is an integration of trees into farming systems. Trees in agricultural land help to create a more natural-based environment and at the same time maintain or increase productivity. Moreover, agroforestry is protecting natural resources and providing environmental services, including pollination, pest control/prevention, carbon sequestration, and the conservation of soil health, water quality, and biodiversity.
